Terms of service

Full payment for the Koa Jewellery goods must be received before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received a confirmation of your order will be sent by email to the email address provided by yourself. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Please check this confirmation email carefully and notify us immediately by email if there are any errors. The confirmation email also includes instructions and a link for you to submit event details for customised products. Please submit these details as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
– we have insufficient stock
– we cannot deliver to your area
– there are adverse circumstances outside our control
– one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we have to cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for any disappointment suffered.
